Atom Capital Management was established in 2008 by our founder Atsuko Tsuchiya, with the basic principle "we want to make people wealthier through investment management".
Since 2008, as an independent asset management firm, we have served clients within Japan and overseas with our expertise in Japanese equities.
Our firm is "committed to protect and continuously increase our clients' assets" and every person at Atom Capital Management is devoted to do so.

Investment Management（for Qualified Investors）	Our edge is Japan Equities Long Short strategy aiming for absolute return. We currently are the investment manager for "ATOM No.1 Japan Long Short Fund (Cayman)" a Cayman domicile fund.

Greetings from the CEO / ご挨拶	I was born in Japan but spent my childhood years in the United States. I attended public school with my friends, spoke English like a native child. But at home with my family, we spoke Japanese and ate Japanese food. Experiencing both cultures as a child, I dreamed of working in a global industry such as Finance. After time, my awareness as a Japanese led me to pursue a career which can contribute to Japan. Our business gathers capital globally and invest in Japanese companies, at the same time, we share our analysis on attractive Japanese companies to our investors so they can be confident that their capital is invested effectively. I have nearly 30 years experience in researching and investing in Japanese equities. During this time, I have worked at global investment banks, asset management firms and Hedge Funds. All where I was fortunate to work with many excellent professionals. Atom Capital Management was established in 2008, with my belief that we can make people wealthier through investment management. As an asset management firm, we believe we are contributing by finding and investing in Japanese companies through thorough bottom up research . Atsuko Tsuchiya has focused her experience in Japanese equities since the start of her career at Kleinwort Benson, developing an expertise in Japanese equities investment over nearly 30 years.
